IPs - The Homegrown Festival (Formely #HGStreet) and more View work on: homegrownworld.in I Platforms: homegrown.co.in ig: @homegrownin @homegrownvoices @homegrownstreetAbout Homegrown Events: Homegrown is building India's definitive culture and lifestyle events and communities in the country working across lifestyle brand launches, culture & music festivals, self owned IPS and branded ips and more.We partner with brands to create cultural experiences using immersive events across alcobev / tech / lifestyle / fashion & more.Homegrown has hosted over 150+ global and local brand launches | had over 1.5L people attend its events and festivals | co owns 2 ips with brands like bacardi x dewars | Also has its own culture x lifestyle festival + creative conference.AWARDED: ADWEEK's FASTEST GROWING AGENCIES WORLDWIDE & CAMPAIGN ASIA'S EVENT MARKETING AWARDSCore Top Line Requirements:- Production & Fabrication Elements understanding x Budgets with a focus on high quality lifestyle events- Cross team functioning between design x production- Production Planning- Vendor empanelment & operations- Show-running on event dayRoles & Responsibilities:- Brainstorming, planning and execution of on-ground and experiential events.- Oversee the planning, organization, and execution of all event details, including venue selection, food & beverage curation, artist curation, and experiential workshops.- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all materials and services are delivered on time and within budget.- Develop and manage the event's budget, ensuring all expenses are tracked and reported accurately.- Design event layouts and floor plans, ensuring all elements meet safety regulations and maximize attendee experience.- Implement marketing and promotional strategies to maximize event attendance and engagement.- Negotiate contracts with venues, suppliers, and talent, ensuring favorable terms for the event- Manage the event team, assigning tasks, and ensuring all staff are fully trained and briefed on their responsibilities.- Coordinate with marketing, design and content teams for event execution.- Conduct post-event evaluations to assess outcomes, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement in future events.- Develop a strong understanding of the Homegrown voice and aesthetic for effective brand and company alignments.Requirements:- Background in lifestyle experiential events is required- Hands-on event planning and management experience- Expertise must extend to areas such as vendor coordination, budget management, and team leadership- Experience evaluating space, accessibility, and ambiance to match the event's theme and objectives.- Attention to logistical details and the foresight to meet the needs of the event and its attendees, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.- Careful expense forecasting, vendor negotiations, and fund reallocation to manage unexpected costs while preserving the event's quality and profitability.- Proactively identifying and addressing potential issues before they become problems is critical.
