Restaurant Manager

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, maintaining high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness, and leading the team to deliver an outstanding guest experience. This role combines hands-on floor management with strategic business leadership to ensure profitability and brand excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Management
- Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations — from opening to closing.
- Ensure food and beverage quality, service consistency, and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
- Manage inventory levels, vendor relationships, and order placements to minimize wastage and control costs.
- Monitor reservations, table turnovers, and peak hour efficiency.
2. Team Leadership & Training
- Recruit, train, and motivate staff to uphold Let's Dine's service standards.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, schedule shifts, and foster a positive team culture.
- Lead by example on the floor — assisting with guest service, handling complaints, and ensuring smooth operations.
3. Guest Experience
- Ensure every guest feels welcomed, attended to, and valued.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to deliver a seamless dining experience.
4. Financial Performance
- Track daily sales, cost of goods, and staff productivity.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Drive revenue through upselling, special promotions, and consistent cost control.
5. Compliance & Standards
- Ensure the restaurant adheres to health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, licenses, and labor laws.
- Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of dining and kitchen areas.
