The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding ofReg -E compliance, excellent case investigation skills, and the ability to makeaccurate decisions based on supporting documentation and transaction history.Key Responsibilities:· Investigate Reg -Erelated consumer disputes with multiple transactions primarily debit cardtransactions.· Handle end -to -endcase management, including intake, research, and resolution of Reg -E claimswithin regulatory timeframes.· Reviewtransaction history, merchant data, and any supporting documentation todetermine liability.· Ensure compliancewith Reg -E guidelines while managing cases where provisional credit is notprovided.· Document findingsclearly and accurately in the case management system.· Communicate withinternal departments and external parties (e.g., merchants, processors) forfurther investigation when required.· Identify patternsof fraudulent activity and escalate suspicious cases for further review.· Maintain highstandards for accuracy, compliance, and productivity.Key Skills &Competencies:· Goodunderstanding of US banking processes, especially related to Fraud and DisputeInvestigation.· In -depthunderstanding of Reg -E (Electronic Fund Transfer Act)· Strong attentionto detail and accuracy while processing the Investigation· Analyticalthinking with good problem -solving skills.· Ability to workin a fast -paced environment and manage multiple priorities.· Goodcommunication skills (verbal and written).· Ability to workin a team -oriented, deadline -driven environment.Preferred Skills:· Experience in afinancial institution or BPO handling U.S. banking processes.· Understanding ofchargeback lifecycle, fraud trends, Fraud/Dispute Investigations and riskmanagement.· Compliance andquality -focused approach to work· Employment Type:Full -Time / Permanent Work from office.
