Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead and expand Apple enterprise business for Cinthamani Computer. The candidate will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with corporate clients, identifying opportunities for Apple solutions, and driving end-to-end enterprise sales — from prospecting to closure.
The role requires strong business acumen, an understanding of IT infrastructure and Apple's enterprise offerings, and the ability to engage with decision-makers across CXO, IT, and procurement levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify and engage enterprise customers across corporate, media, design, and education verticals.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve enterprise sales targets for Apple products and services.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, references, and market intelligence.
- Solution Selling
- Present and position Apple's enterprise ecosystem (Mac, iPad, iPhone, AppleCare, MDM solutions, and integrations).
- Understand client needs and propose tailored Apple-based IT solutions.
- Collaborate with technical and presales teams to design solution proposals and RFP responses.
- Account Management
- Maintain and grow relationships with key enterprise accounts.
- Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities across Apple's product and service portfolio.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention through consistent engagement.
- Partnership & Coordination
- Work closely with Apple channel managers and distributor partners to leverage programs and marketing initiatives.
- Align with Apple's enterprise framework, compliance, and reporting guidelines.
- Reporting & Forecasting
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and reports.
- Provide insights on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, or IT; MBA preferred.
- 2–6 years of experience in Enterprise IT / Apple / OEM / Channel Sales.
- Proven track record of B2B solution selling and meeting revenue targets.
- Strong network among enterprise decision-makers and IT managers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Passion for Apple products and technology-driven business transformation.
