Job Summary

The Operations Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing operations activities in a manufacturing plant. The role involves managing production schedules, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and improving operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities

Production Management

• Oversee the daily operations of the manufacturing plant.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet company goals and customer demands.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards and efficiency.
• Coordinate with the production team to address and resolve production issues.

Resource Management

• Manage human resources, including hiring, training, and supervising staff.
• Allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity.
• Maintain inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
• Ensure equipment and machinery are properly maintained and operational.

Process Optimization

• Analyze production processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.

Quality Control

• Proven track record of managing and optimizing production processes.
