About the client: Our client is a well-known pioneer in manufacturing and exporting a wide range of Aluminium Form Work Systems. They provide Aluminium formwork for RCC, load-bearing, multi-storeyed buildings and enable the walls and slab to be poured in the same operation. This increases efficiency and also produces an extraordinarily strong structure with an excellent concrete finish.
Job Role:
  • Daily Particular Line Man power planning w.r.t. production plan (to be fix)
  • Discussion about previous day Quality & Productivity concern with manpower (on line)
  • Communication about today plan and targets at start of shift
  • Give RM requisition to store with production sequence to ensure consistent input material issue to Line 
  • Ensure No shift starting loss (Production must be started within 15 minutes of each shift)
  • If any issue in 4M, then immediately coordination and short out
  • Give set up approval (FOA) on each setting & sign off, Frequent monitoring of critical stages
  • Monitor hourly productivity on each assigned operation (Press / Weld / Child Part), If any issue immediately discusses with Production head
  • Machine/Stage wise parts must be clear in particular shift (Pendency must be zero). 
  • Ensure cleaning of machine and work place at start and end of shift
  • Weekly plan for manpower safety / 5S training on shop floor
  • Every month 01 Kaizen / supervisor must be submitted to Production head
  • Monitor Line Rework / Rejection on particular line and take action to eliminate
  • Ensure no short / excess item wrt production plan
  • On Cutting stages RM off cut must be return to store with signed documents end of shift 
  • Machine scrap chips / end pieces also need to move in specified scrap location only
  • Implement machine check sheet, Tool life monitoring, Poka Yoke check sheet to be implement
  • Leave plan of manpower considering no production loss (if no production is their)
  • Ensure Safety guards, Emergency switches, safety sensors, safety instructions on each applicable stage

Skill & Experience required :
  • 5-9 years Exp

  • Good communication skills.
