Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team across multiple regions. The role involves driving sales, managing client relationships, mentoring the sales team, and ensuring revenue growth by promoting residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets in Punjab, Haryana, NCR, and Himachal.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, channel partners, and investors.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the company's presence.
- Organize and participate in property exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes including lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, RERA guidelines, and local real estate regulations.
- Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong network of clients, brokers, and channel partners in the region.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle high-value transactions and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Punjab, Haryana, NCR, and Himachal.
Compensation:
- 25k to 1 lakh + performance-based incentives.
