Job Description:

We are looking for a Chemical Production Incharge to manage and optimize the production of our chemical products. The role involves overseeing manufacturing processes, ensuring quality standards, managing the production team, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage production of cleaning and chemical products.
• Lead, train, and supervise the production team.
• Ensure product quality and compliance with safety standards.
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency.
• Maintain inventory of raw materials and finished products.
• Troubleshoot production issues and resolve technical challenges.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in chemical manufacturing (cleaning products preferred).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance.
