Equipment & Utility Management

  • Operate, monitor, and maintain all equipment and utilities (HVAC, AHU, compressors, water systems, etc.) as per SOPs.
  • Ensure preventive maintenance, calibration, and breakdown maintenance are carried out timely.
  • Maintain logbooks, records, and reports for all equipment and utilities.
  • Participate in equipment installation, qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), and validation activities.

B. Project & Process Support

  • Support new equipment installation, commissioning, and validation.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for project execution and maintenance activities.
  • Ensure energy efficiency and cost-effective operation of plant utilities.

C. Compliance & Documentation

  • Prepare and maintain engineering-related documentation as per GMP and regulatory standards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory norms.
  • Participate in internal and external audits; address engineering-related observations.

D. Continuous Improvement

  • Identify areas for process and system improvements.
  • Implement reliability and productivity improvement initiatives.
  • Support automation and digitalization projects.

3. Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Chemical Engineering.
  • Experience: 1–5 years of experience in engineering/maintenance in a pharmaceutical or regulated industry.
  • Knowledge Required:
  • cGMP, WHO, USFDA, MHRA guidelines
  • Equipment qualification and validation
  • HVAC systems, water systems (PW/WFI), and utility operations
  • Documentation and audit handling

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500, ₹800,000.00 per year
