Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Bidder with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our Business Development team. The candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities through online bidding platforms, preparing proposals, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and bid on relevant projects through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and Fiverr.
  • Prepare well-structured proposals and cover letters according to client requirements.
  • Communicate with international clients to understand project scopes and requirements.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to create accurate project estimations and proposals.
  • Maintain and update a pipeline of ongoing and prospective clients.
  • Follow up with clients to close leads and convert them into successful deals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience as an Bidder / BDE / Bidding Executive.
  • Strong understanding of online bidding portals and lead generation techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency is a must).
  • Basic understanding of IT services (Web Development, Mobile Apps, Digital Marketing, etc.) preferred.
  • Ability to handle multiple bids and work under deadlines.
