Job description: Office Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

Taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with client

Data entry in excel

Managing filing system.

Maintaining & Updating product pricing in excel

Placing orders with vendors on apps and corresponding on emails with vendors.

Performing general office clerk duties and errands.

Maintaining supply inventory.

Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.

Requirements & Skills :

Bachelors Degree

One year of relevant experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

High competency level with MS Office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook

Tally ERP (will be given preference)

Must be able to communicate and interact with individuals at all levels of the organization

Professional demeanor
