Role Overview:
As a Territory Growth Officer (TGO) at CavinKare, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening customer relationships within the assigned territory. This role demands a result-oriented professional with strong market understanding and the ability to execute sales strategies effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and ensure distribution expansion.
Implement company trade schemes and ensure visibility of CavinKare products.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights to the management team.
Ensure efficient stock management and timely collections.
Regularly review sales performance and prepare reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
Prior sales experience (FMCG experience highly preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver results in dynamic markets.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
