As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, promoting our products/services, and generating leads. Your goal will be to build strong customer relationships, understand their needs, and persuade them to make a purchase or set up a meeting with our sales team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads and lists.
- Present and promote our products/services to potential customers.
- Identify customer needs and tailor conversations to address those needs.
- Generate and qualify leads to pass on to the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and sales.
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
- Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with potential customers.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Telemarketing Executive or similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
- High school diploma; a degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
