  • Manage the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing to selection to onboarding
  • Track hiring metrics and optimize processes for efficiency and quality
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Proven experience in leading teams and managing end-to-end hiring processes
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in the beauty & wellness, service, or gig-based industry is an added advantage
  • MBA in HR or a related field preferred
