  • Developing and executing talent management strategies including succession planning, leadership development, and performance management.
  • Collaborating with business leaders to identify capability gaps and implement learning solutions.
  • Managing employee engagement programs and change management initiatives.
  • Leveraging data and analytics to measure impact and continuously improve HR programs.
