Job Description:

We are looking for an HR Executive (Lateral Hiring & Mid-Level hiring) to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle across domains.

Do you have experience in FAO hiring? If yes, it will be an added advantage

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • • Manage end-to-end lateral hiring (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
  • • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
  • • Coordinate and schedule interviews efficiently
  • • Maintain recruitment reports and candidate database
  • • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • • Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or related field
  • • 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (any domain)
  • • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
