Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Pharma HR professional to head operations in identifying pharma IT job vacancies. The role involves implementing HR strategies, developing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management. The role will also require collaboration with hiring managers to identify talent needs and streamline recruitment in the pharma IT sector.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) principles, best practices, and operations.
  • Experience with HR Management and developing effective HR Policies.
  • Strong understanding of Employee Benefits programs and their administration.
  • Expertise in Personnel Management, including workforce planning and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, on-site environment with attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or IT industry is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR preferred.
