Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Lead and manage a team of regional sales managers, key account managers, and support staff.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with converters, FMCG companies, and other key stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to adapt sales strategies.
  • Drive product positioning and pricing in collaboration with marketing and product development teams.
  • Ensure timely execution of orders, deliveries, and collections.
  • Manage sales forecasts and budgeting for the domestic segment.
  • Work closely with production planning, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure high service levels.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and with strategic partners

Preferred candidate profile

  • 15-20 years of experience in sales within the packaging films or flexible packaging industry
  • Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership or national sales role.
  • Engineering or business degree preferred; MBA a plus.
