Key duties include understanding customer needs, explaining features/benefits, maintaining displays, processing sales, and building long-term relationships for repeat business. Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Customer Interaction: Greet customers, understand their needs, explain accessory features, and recommend suitable products, including upselling.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of current vehicle models and compatible accessories (e.g., audio, performance, safety).
  • Inventory & Merchandising: Organize and maintain accessory displays, manage stock, and coordinate with the inventory team.
  • Sales Targets: Work to achieve individual and dealership sales goals.
  • Customer Service: Handle inquiries, resolve complaints professionally, and provide post-purchase follow-ups.
  • Reporting: Prepare sales reports and assist with administrative tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous sales or customer service experience, ideally in automotive.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of vehicle accessories and potentially installation procedures.
  • Traits: Self-motivated, customer-focused, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced setting.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹50,000.00 per month
