Job Summary

The Floor Admin will be responsible for managing daily administrative and operational activities on the shop floor, maintaining inventory, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth communication between departments in the fabrication unit.

Roles & Responsibility

  • Maintain inventory records for raw materials, tools, and consumables.
  • Coordinate inward and outward movement of materials and finished goods.
  • Assist in logistics planning, dispatch scheduling, and follow-up with transporters.
  • Track daily production activities and maintain related documentation.
  • Coordinate with stores, purchase, and production teams for material requirements.
  • Maintain attendance records, gate passes, and administrative registers.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of all floor activities.
  • Support in vendor coordination and material follow-up.
  • Communicate effectively across departments for smooth workflow.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate or Diploma holder (preferred in commerce, logistics, or administration).
  • 24 years of experience in a fabrication / manufacturing setup.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and basic ERP or inventory software.
  • Strong coordination, multitasking, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage routine admin activities.
  • Good communication and problem-solving ability.
