Business Development Manager – Affiliate

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Affiliate Marketing team. The role involves identifying, onboarding, and managing new affiliate partners, optimizing existing relationships, and driving revenue growth through performance marketing models (CPA, CPL, CPI, CPS). The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills, an understanding of digital marketing trends, and the ability to build long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners, networks, and publishers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates and key stakeholders.
- Negotiate payout structures, campaign terms, and partnerships to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams (campaign management, media buying, tech, finance) to optimize affiliate performance.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on affiliate campaigns to ensure profitability and scale.
- Explore new business opportunities, markets, and verticals for affiliate growth.
- Keep updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies in performance marketing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and prevent fraudulent activity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 1–5 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Business Development, or Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of CPA, CPI, CPL, and CPS models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and performance tracking tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Preferred Skills:
- Existing network of affiliates, advertisers, or publishers.
- Knowledge of affiliate tracking platforms (HasOffers, Affise, Cake, etc.).
- Experience in mobile/app marketing or e-commerce verticals.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
