Role Overview

Realty Smartz is looking for a driven and dynamic
Team Lead / Floor Manager
to lead our
Home Loan Sales Team
. The ideal candidate will manage floor operations, motivate the sales team to meet targets, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. You'll play a key role in driving sales, streamlining processes, and coordinating with partner banks and financial institutions to deliver the best home loan solutions to our clients.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum
    2 years of experience
    in
    home loans, real estate finance, or sales leadership
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    financial products and housing loan processes
    .
  • Excellent
    communication, negotiation, and people management
    skills.
  • Proven
    sales and target achievement record
    .
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a sales team.
  • Must be able to
    work on-site in Gurgaon
    .

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of
    loan officers and sales executives
    on the sales floor.
  • Drive the team to
    achieve and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets
    .
  • Conduct daily team huddles, monitor performance, and provide sales coaching.
  • Ensure
    high-quality customer interactions
    and a smooth end-to-end loan process.
  • Coordinate with
    banks and financial partners
    for loan approvals, documentation, and rate negotiations.
  • Review and audit loan applications for accuracy and compliance.
  • Keep up-to-date with
    market trends, loan products, and competitors
    .
  • Implement strategies to improve productivity and conversion ratios.
  • Maintain energy, discipline, and motivation across the sales floor.
