Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager based in Agra. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, maintain high customer satisfaction levels, manage team performance, and ensure adherence to retail policies and procedures. They will be responsible for effective store management, implementing strategies to minimise losses, and delivering a superior shopping experience to customers. The role also includes inventory management and driving sales performance to meet business goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Excellent Communication and team leadership abilities
  • Proficiency in Store Management and operations
  • Familiarity with Retail Loss Prevention strategies
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Previous experience in retail or store management is mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
