Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy & Development

Define and maintain consistent brand guidelines across all platforms.

Develop and execute brand campaigns and promotional strategies.

Work with tools like Adobe Suite, Canva, or Figma to maintain a high standard of design.

  • Website Management (WordPress)

Update and manage website content using WordPress.

Coordinate with developers for advanced customizations and performance optimization.

Monitor SEO best practices and web analytics.

  • Social Media Management

Plan and schedule posts across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, etc.).

Engage with the community, respond to messages/comments, and grow followers.

Track performance metrics and optimize content strategies.

  • Content Collaboration

Work closely with content writers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure brand tone and visual coherence.

Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, videos, and storytelling.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand management or digital marketing.

Proficient in:

  • Design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma)
  • WordPress (content updates, plugin management, basic troubleshooting)
  • Social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite)
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and project management skills.
  • A portfolio or examples of previous brand/design work is a plus.
