About Us

PACE is a lifestyle-driven parent company with a multi-brand portfolio across fashion, kids, home, B2B, and more. We focus on Lifestyle, Empowerment, and Fulfillment through our brands including Ostilos, Cot & Candy, Homepost, Zwankee, and more. We're looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to lead the brand narrative of PACE and ensure consistency across our verticals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand strategy for PACE.
    • Build and maintain the parent company's identity across platforms.
      • Oversee storytelling, campaign ideas, PR, and collaborations.
        • Align and guide branding efforts across PACE divisions (PaceRoots, Zwankee, etc.).
          • Work closely with leadership to translate vision into brand positioning.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in brand marketing or strategy.
    • Strong understanding of brand positioning, campaign development, and storytelling.
      • Ability to lead and align multiple brand voices under one umbrella.
        • Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
