Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Brand Manager to lead and strengthen our brand presence. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of proven experience in brand management, with strong expertise in SEO, marketing strategy, content creation, and design-oriented thinking. This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution, along with the ability to manage and mentor a marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
• Brand Strategy & Development o Define, develop, and execute the brand vision, positioning, and messaging. o Ensure alignment of brand identity across all channels and markets. o Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to guide brand strategy.
• Marketing & Campaigns o Plan and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and PR channels. o Collaborate with creative, digital, and media teams to ensure impactful campaign execution. o Track campaign effectiveness using KPIs and optimize for maximum ROI.
Content & Communication o Ensure all content, advertising, and communication reflect brand guidelines and tone of voice. o Work closely with PR and social media teams to manage brand reputation. o Develop partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations to enhance brand visibility.
• Product & Innovation o Partner with product, sales, and design teams to align product development with brand goals. o Contribute to product launches, packaging design, and customer experience enhancements.
• Performance & Reporting o Monitor brand health metrics, awareness, and engagement. o Provide regular reporting to senior management on brand performance and growth opportunities.
Requirements
• Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles.
• Proven experience in building and growing strong consumer brands.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and market research.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Creative mindset with analytical ability to evaluate campaign success.
Preferred Skills
• Experience in international markets or multi-brand management.
• Knowledge of latest marketing technologies and digital trends.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
