Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate, located in Uppal. The Sales Associate will be responsible for meeting sales targets, generating leads, and providing clients with expert guidance on skilled migration services. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling consultations, explaining service offerings, following up with potential leads, and building strong client relationships. The role also requires the candidate to stay updated on the latest visa policies and market trends.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to meet targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of migration processes, international work permits, or similar fields is an advantage
  • Proficiency in client relationship management, lead generation, and follow-ups
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is beneficial
