Front Desk Receptionist

**Your responsibilities will include**
**In addition to greeting and welcoming visitors to the office, they are also expected to receive and deliver all mail and packages, answer all phone calls and direct them as necessary, schedule meetings and coordinate office activities, and have good competency in Word and Excel.**
**Explain to customers the details of the company and the project.**

- **Maintaining inward and outward mail register**:
- **Maintaining in and out register for outsiders and associates**:
- **Managing the front desk**:
- **Maintaining courier registers**:
- **Coordinating between various departments**:
- **Coordination with the facility regarding food preparation at the office**
**Information about the required qualifications and other details**:
**- Minimum educational qualification: Any BBA/BBM/BTech/MBA degree**
**. Age limit is 25 years.**
**- 1-2 years experience in Real Estate Tele-calling/sales**
**- Basic MS Excel and MS Word, CRM & ERP knowledge is a plus.**
**- Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills, Convincing Skills, and Problem Solving Skills.**
**- Ability to work in teams or individually to handle multiple tasks.**
