We are inviting applications for the role of Asst Manager, Reporting    
This role is responsible for leading initiatives that enhance the data foundations, reporting, insights, transparency, 3-tiered governance model, performance management, and ultimately customer experience across Regions.

Responsibilities
·    Lead the creation and enhancement of data foundations. 
·    Design, develop and maintain a data "ecosystem" (data repository, data feeds, data manipulation, etc.) which underpins robust set of reporting & analytics tools.
·    Drive the generation of actionable insights.
·    Provide strategic insights to support decision-making
·    Oversee the preparation and execution of materials, meetings, and insights for 3-tiered governance (especially Tiers 1 & 2).  Lead Tier 1 meetings (with the relevant senior Stakeholder) 
·    Deliver a set of Performance Dashboards to drive performance and provide transparency to stakeholders & sponsors. 
·    Measure improvements within growing ecosystem of dashboards which are used to drive continuous improvement.
·    Extensive business experience.  Preferred experiences include but are not limited to Financial Operations / Accounting / Shared Services / Data Analytics & Visualization / Data Science experience.
·    Proven experience in data analytics, reporting, & insights generation
·    Excellent analytical, problem-solving, & decision-making abilities.
·    Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data management platforms

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications

•    University degree (i.e. Bachelor) in engineering or business/ economics / finance / marketing / computer science 

•    Advanced degree (i.e Masters) in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or MBA highly desired

•    Relevant work experience
Preferred qualifications

•    Background in a finance role is a plus 

•    Core functional expertise in procurement  

•    Strong Analytics with Experience in Cost Modelling Preferred (Highly Proficient in Excel) 

•    Proven success in project and process management 

•    Experience in large, complex, matrixed organizations

•    Fluent in English
