Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound/outbound calls and inquiries from potential buyers
- Explain project details, amenities, pricing, and location advantages
- Maintain customer databases and follow up with leads
- Schedule and coordinate client site visits
- Support sales team to achieve monthly targets
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer engagement and follow-up ability
- Prior experience in real estate presales or telesales preferred
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
