**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Engagement & Requirements Gathering**:
- Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients, understanding their requirements and objectives for interior design solutions.
- Assist in conducting client meetings and presentations to understand their needs, specifications, and budget.
- Provide expert advice on products, design solutions, and materials based on client requirements.
- **Proposal & Solution Development**:
- Collaborate with the design and technical teams to create detailed proposals, presentations, and quotations that align with client needs.
- Customize and present interior design concepts, layouts, and product options to clients.
- Offer creative and cost-effective solutions, incorporating the latest trends and technologies in interior design.
- **Product Knowledge & Presentation**:
- Stay updated on the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies to effectively showcase product offerings to clients.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations to demonstrate the value and benefits of design solutions.
- Assist in product demonstrations and site visits when necessary.
- **Market Research & Competitor Analysis**:
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Identify potential opportunities to differentiate the company’s products and services in the market.
- **Collaboration with Sales Team**:
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth transition of leads from presales to post-sales processes.
- Provide necessary support to sales teams in closing deals and ensure the client’s needs are met at every stage.
- Follow up with clients to address queries, concerns, and ensure satisfaction with proposed solutions.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of client communications, proposals, and project specifications.
- Assist in tracking key performance metrics and report progress to management.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in presales, sales support, or business development in the interior design or related industry.
- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas and solutions clearly.
- **Problem-Solving Ability**: Strong analytical and creative thinking skills to develop innovative solutions.
- **Client-Centric Approach**: Ability to understand client needs and deliver personalized solutions.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
