About the Role

Midas Finance is looking for a Relationship Manager who can deliver a high-touch, premium client experience while driving business growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term client relationships, understands financial products and has a strong sales mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries and concerns effectively
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and meetings to understand clients' financial goals and offer tailored solutions

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and acquire new clients to expand the business
  • Promote and cross-sell Mutual Funds, Life Insurance and other investment solutions
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to overall growth

Client Onboarding & Advisory

  • Support clients through the onboarding process, ensuring accurate and complete documentation
  • Provide guidance on financial planning, investment strategies and risk management
  • Monitor client portfolios and stay updated on market trends and product offerings

Customer Experience

  • Deliver a personalized, high-quality service experience at every client interaction
  • Gather and implement client feedback to improve service delivery
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient processes

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with regulatory requirements
  • Prepare regular reports on client interactions, sales performance and market insights

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in a Relationship Manager or similar client-facing role in financial services
  • Strong knowledge of Mutual Funds, Insurance and investment products
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and sales skills
  • High integrity, professionalism and attention to detail

Preferred

  • Certifications in financial planning or related fields
  • Experience in luxury or high-touch service environments
  • Familiarity with CRM and client management tools
