Job Summary

The Marketing and Social Media Planner is responsible for developing strategic marketing plans, setting clear goals and performance targets, and ensuring the effective execution of campaigns across both traditional and digital platforms. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on planning, ensuring all marketing and social media activities align with the company's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing and social media strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Create and manage marketing calendars, campaigns, and content plans.
  • Plan and oversee content creation for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and reports.
  • Manage paid advertising and budget allocations to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct market research and track competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve marketing goals.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience in marketing and social media management.
  • Strong planning, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media trends.
  • Creative mindset with strong communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11, ₹20,000.00 per month
