We are seeking an experienced and strategic lead for
IT Infrastructure
to lead, optimize, and scale our technology infrastructure to support high-volume traffic and ensure system resilience. This role requires deep expertise in infrastructure planning, cloud platforms, monitoring, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on technical knowledge with leadership and vendor management skills to ensure our systems remain secure, scalable, and highly available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the IT infrastructure strategy to support current (~100M monthly hits) and future (~3x scale) traffic volumes.
  • Lead and manage cloud and on-premise infrastructure, ensuring
    high availability, scalability, security, and cost efficiency
    .
  • Oversee deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of systems using
    ElasticSearch, Power BI, Grafana, Datadog, and other monitoring/analytics tools
    .
  • Collaborate with software development, product, and business teams to align infrastructure with organizational needs.
  • Implement
    performance monitoring, load testing, incident response, and disaster recovery plans
    .
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate service-level agreements (SLAs), and monitor service performance.
  • Ensure compliance with
    security, privacy, and data protection standards
    , staying updated on regulatory requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement in infrastructure automation, monitoring, and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of progressive experience
    in IT infrastructure management, with proven expertise in scaling systems for high-traffic environments.
  • Strong knowledge of
    cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
    and modern infrastructure practices.
  • Hands-on experience with
    ElasticSearch, Grafana, Datadog, Power BI
    , and other performance/analytics platforms.
  • Solid understanding of
    networking, databases, system security, and high-availability architecture
    .
  • Excellent
    problem-solving, incident management, and troubleshooting skills
    under pressure.
  • Ability to manage
    capacity planning, budgeting, and cross-functional team dependencies
    .
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Strong Understanding and knowledge of OS of Linux & Windows.
  • Hands-on experience on MS SQL/ Prometheus / MongoDB queries.
