Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Marketing Executive who will be responsible for developing partnerships and organizing eye testing and awareness camps in collaboration with schools, colleges, corporates, and spectacle providers. The role requires strong communication skills, field marketing experience, and the ability to build long-term institutional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach schools, colleges, corporates, and communities for conducting free eye testing and awareness camps.

Build and maintain strong relationships with HR departments, principals, CSR heads, and health coordinators of partner organizations.

Plan and execute marketing campaigns and field activities to promote eye care awareness and products/services.

Collaborate with optometrists and field teams to ensure smooth execution of eye camps and on-site promotions.

Coordinate with spectacle providers, clinics, and optical partners for joint marketing and distribution activities.

Represent at events, health fairs, and exhibitions to promote brand visibility.

Track and analyze camp performance, lead generation, and conversion rates, preparing periodic reports.

Support digital and offline marketing initiatives by sharing field insights, photos, and promotional opportunities.

Maintain a database of all institutional contacts, upcoming camp opportunities, and partnership renewals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in marketing, business development, or institutional sales (preferably in healthcare, optical, or FMCG sectors).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong networking ability with schools, colleges, and corporate HR teams.

Ability to manage multiple field projects and coordinate with internal teams effectively.

Willingness to travel locally or regionally for collaborations and events.

Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.

Preferred Qualities

Prior experience in eye care, healthcare camps, or wellness programs is a plus.

Energetic personality with a go-getter attitude and ability to work independently.

Strong organizational and follow-up skills to ensure partnership success.

Passionate about public health and community service initiatives.
