About the Role

We are looking for a Motion Designer to join our Marketing Design team. This role is for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and execution, bringing stories to life through motion design, video editing, and engaging marketing assets.

You'll be responsible for creating reels, editing videos, designing product demo visuals, and delivering eye-catching motion content that amplifies our brand across digital channels. Strong graphic design skills are a big plus and will give you an edge in shaping integrated marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and produce motion graphics, animations, reels, and short-form video content for social, web, and campaigns.
  • Edit marketing and product demo videos end-to-end with a sharp eye for storytelling and brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design compelling assets for campaigns, events, and digital channels.
  • Apply graphic design skills to create supporting visuals, illustrations, and layouts.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends and social media formats to deliver content that resonates with our audience.
  • Manage multiple projects, balancing speed and quality while meeting timelines.

Requirements

2-5 years of experience in motion design and video editing, preferably in a marketing or agency setting.

  • Experience working with AI video tools like Descript, etc
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools (Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
  • Strong grasp of graphic design principles (Photoshop, Figma or similar tools).
  • Portfolio showcasing reels, animations, product demos, and design work.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and adapt to feedback quickly.
  • Strong sense of timing, rhythm, composition, and visual flow.
  • Eye for detail: from smooth transitions to precise alignment and color accuracy.
  • Understanding of brand systems and how to maintain consistency across mediums.
  • Accountability and ownership - you follow through, stay organized, and communicate clearly.
