We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented **Motion Designer** with experience to bring interfaces to life through **micro interactions, onboarding animations, animated messages**, and other motion design needs for mobile and web apps. You'll collaborate closely with our product designers, UI/UX team, and developers to deliver thoughtful, intuitive, and engaging user experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and animate **Lottie-based micro interactions**, transitions, and UI animations for mobile and web apps.
- Create motion-rich **onboarding flows, success/error messages**, loading states, and empty screens.
- Collaborate with UI/UX Designers and Developers to ensure animations align with brand, product flow, and performance requirements.
- Translate static designs and wireframes into dynamic animated prototypes.
- Optimize animations for performance, export, and hand-off (especially using **Bodymovin & Lottie**).
- Work across multiple client projects in a fast-paced service environment.

**Required Skills & Tools**
- Proficiency in **Adobe After Effects** and **Bodymovin (Lottie export)**.
- Experience with **LottieFiles** and working knowledge of how animations are implemented in code (basic JSON structure).
- Understanding of **UI/UX principles**, interaction design, and mobile-first design.
- Familiarity with tools like **Figma** and how motion integrates with static UI.
- Strong eye for **timing, easing, transitions**, and visual polish.
- Proficiency in **Adobe After Effects** and **Bodymovin (Lottie export)**.
- Experience with **LottieFiles** and working knowledge of how animations are implemented in code (basic JSON structure).
- Understanding of **UI/UX principles**, interaction design, and mobile-first design.
- Familiarity with tools like **Figma** and how motion integrates with static UI.
- Strong eye for **timing, easing, transitions**, and visual polish.

**Nice to Have (Bonus)**
- Experience with **Rive** or interactive animation tools.
- Knowledge of **Framer**, **Principle**, or similar prototyping tools.
- Ability to illustrate characters, icons, or motion elements.
- Basic knowledge of front-end implementation (e.g., React Native, Flutter, etc.).

Pay: ₹19,920.12 - ₹33,829.31 per month
