**Position**: Graphic & Motion Designer
**Location**: Remote / Hyderabad
**Experience**: Minimum 3 Years

**Salary Range**: ₹10 - 12 LPA

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design engaging **graphics, animations, and motion videos** for web, social media, and product marketing.
- Translate complex **Web3 / Fintech** concepts into visually compelling visual narratives.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to create brand-aligned visuals.
- Develop creative assets for ads, explainer videos, UI animations, and promotional campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, motion graphics techniques, and blockchain/fintech aesthetics.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity across all visual communication.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in **graphic design and motion design** roles.
- Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)** or equivalent tools (Figma, Blender, etc.).
- Experience creating **motion graphics, video editing, and 2D/3D animation.**:

- Strong understanding of **Web3 / Crypto / Fintech** visual culture and audience tone.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing both graphic and motion design work (link required).

**Good to Have**:

- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
- Experience in designing for NFT, DeFi, or blockchain products.
- Familiarity with WebGL, Lottie, or interactive motion tools.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
