**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create, edit, and produce high-quality videos and motion graphics for various platforms.
- Develop motion graphics, kinetic typography, and animations to enhance visual storytelling.
- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute video projects.
- Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a high standard of quality.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Optimize videos for various platforms by understanding video formats, resolutions, and compression techniques.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 1 year in video editing and motion graphics design.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Solid understanding of video formats, resolutions, and compression techniques.
- **Creative Skills**:

- Strong storytelling abilities with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- Experience in creating motion graphics, kinetic typography, and animations.
- **Other Skills**:

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- A portfolio or demo reel showcasing your video editing and motion graphics work.
