Motion Graphics and 3D Designer

Please note: This is a Hybrid role, you will be required to come to the office 2-3 days a week only. Remaining days will be work from home.

Location : Pune

We are looking for a creative and innovative Motion Graphics and 3D Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality motion graphics, animations, and 3D designs that effectively communicate our brand and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, design, and execute visually appealing motion graphics for marketing campaigns, social media, and internal communication.
  • Develop engaging video content, including animations, intros, explainer videos, and infographics.
  • Create high-quality 3D models, animations, and visual effects for videos and other media.
  • Work on 3D rendering and compositing to produce lifelike visuals.
  • Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand project objectives and deliver creative solutions.
  • Brainstorm and present design concepts to stakeholders.
  • Use software like Adobe After Effects, Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or similar for motion graphics and 3D modelling.
  • Edit videos using tools like Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro as needed.
  • Keep up with the latest trends in motion graphics, animation, and 3D design to ensure fresh and modern outputs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or related fields (preferred).
  • Proven experience in motion graphics and 3D design (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency in software such as:
  • Motion Graphics: Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro.
  • 3D Tools: Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or 3ds Max.
  • Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and design aesthetics.
  • Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of sound design and audio synchronization.
  • Experience with augmented reality (AR) or virtual reality (VR) projects.
  • Familiarity with video editing and VFX compositing techniques.

Work Hours- 10AM - 7PM

Monday-Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
