**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a talented **Motion Graphic Designer** to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually captivating motion graphics and animations that enhance our brand's storytelling across digital platforms. You will collaborate with the marketing, content, and creative teams to bring ideas to life through engaging visual content.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Motion Graphics Creation**: Design and produce high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for various digital channels, including social media, websites, ads, and videos.
- **Video Editing**: Edit video footage and integrate motion graphics to enhance visual storytelling and create dynamic content.
- **Concept Development**: Work with the creative team to develop concepts and storyboards for motion graphics and animation projects.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure that motion graphics are consistent with brand guidelines and help reinforce the brand’s visual identity.
- **Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams**: Partner with content creators, marketers, and designers to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions on time.
- **3D Animation (if applicable)**: Create and integrate 3D animations and visual effects when required.
- **Post-Production**: Handle post-production tasks such as editing, sound design, color correction, and final delivery of videos.
- **Trend Research**: Stay updated on the latest design trends, animation techniques, and software tools to continually improve the quality of your work.
- **Feedback & Iterations**: Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine designs and improve the final product.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in motion graphic design software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, blender and Cinema 4D (if applicable).
- Solid understanding of design principles such as typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong creative, technical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts.
- A good understanding of video formats, resolution, and compression methods for different platforms.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
- Experience with 3D modeling and animation software (**e.g., Blender, Maya, or similar**).
- Experience in creating motion graphics for social media, web ads, or video content.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles for creating animations in digital interfaces.
- Knowledge of sound design and audio editing is a plus.
