Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team and play a key role in driving the growth of VeravalOnline. The primary responsibility of the Sales Executive will be to identify and acquire new webmaster clients while maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of web technologies and digital solutions, a passion for sales, and the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients in the IT sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition:
  • Research and identify potential clients who require web development, website management, and other digital solutions.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including cold calls, networking events, online platforms, and referrals.
  • Develop and present tailored proposals to prospective clients based on their business requirements and VeravalOnline's offerings.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any queries or concerns.
  • Ensure ongoing communication with clients, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and promote additional services.
  • Product Knowledge and Sales Strategy:
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, products, and solutions related to web development, hosting, SEO, and digital marketing.
  • Understand client needs and map those needs to appropriate products and services offered by VeravalOnline.
  • Work closely with the technical team to understand product capabilities and ensure that the solutions offered meet the clients' expectations.
  • Sales Targets & Reporting:
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and forecasts in the CRM system.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends for management review.
  • Negotiation and Contract Finalization:
  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service agreements with clients.
  • Finalize contracts and ensure smooth onboarding of clients once deals are closed.
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and track competitors' offerings and pricing strategies.
  • Share insights with the marketing and product teams to help enhance VeravalOnline's offerings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT, web development, or digital marketing sectors.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. A background in web development or IT services is a plus.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, CMS, etc.), digital marketing services, and SEO.
  • Sales Skills: Strong ability to generate leads, present solutions, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Client Management: Proven track record of maintaining long-term client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • CRM Tools: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) to manage client interactions and track sales progress.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive attitude toward achieving sales goals.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to understand client challenges and propose suitable solutions.
