**Key Responsibilities:Campus Recruitment & Hiring Process**:

- Plan and execute recruitment drives at colleges and universities.
- Coordinate with educational institutions to establish partnerships for talent acquisition.
- Manage logistics, scheduling, and execution of campus hiring events.
- Conduct pre-placement talks and engagement sessions with students.
- Organize and oversee written tests, group discussions, and interviews during campus drives.
- Liaise with student coordinators and college placement cells.

**Talent Acquisition & Recruitment**:

- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical and managerial interviews.

**Employer Branding & Engagement**:

- Represent the company at career fairs, seminars, and networking events.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employer brand visibility on campuses.
- Create engaging recruitment materials, presentations, and social media content.

**HR Operations & Coordination**:

- Maintain recruitment reports and dashboards.
- Work closely with the HR team to improve hiring processes and policies.
- Support general HR activities as required.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, campus hiring, or talent acquisition.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS tools.
- Willingness to travel for campus hiring.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Prior experience in managing campus drives.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
