**Role**

**Definition**

**Sales Executive,** is one who is responsible for generating revenues for Company. A **Sales executive** is the key point of contact between an organisation and its clients: answering queries, offering advice and introducing new products. Reviewing **sales** performance, negotiating contracts & packages and aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.

**Responsibility Deliverable**
- Data Management
- Sales Meetings
- Sales Proposals
- Sales Conversion
- Client Communication

Prepare reports Daily, Weekly, fortnightly and Monthly in the given format.

**Task and Activity**

**Consistently and repeatedly keep on doing below activities at the proposed interval**

**Data Management**
- Maintaining the database on the internal templates of the company
- Provide Projections for sales
- Record sales and order information and report the same to the management.

**Sales Meetings**
- Preparing for meeting via structured research about target client
- Understanding client requirement and Product
- Preparing and submitting Minutes of client meeting

**Sales Proposals**
- Create Presentations based on the client requirements
- Understand the requirement & generate techno-commercial offers
- Provide value added solutions to client for their needs
- Co-ordinate with back office team to generate proposals

**Sales Conversion**
- Negotiate the deal
- Maintain profitability index as per management guidelines
- Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets.
- Display efficiency in gathering market and customer info to enable negotiations regarding variations in prices, delivery and customer specifications to their managers.
- Help management in forthcoming products and discuss on special promotions.

**Client Communication**
- Regularly communicate client for their updates and requirements
- Regularly communicate client for project/order updates
- Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings or via telephone etc.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
