Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a QA/QC Supervisor located in Vagra. The QA/QC Supervisor will oversee the quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure that operations and products meet required standards and specifications. Responsibilities include implementing and supervising quality management systems, conducting quality audits, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and identifying areas for process improvements. Additionally, the role involves working closely with production teams to establish and maintain quality standards throughout all stages of manufacturing.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes to ensure products meet specified standards.
  • Experience in Quality Management systems and conducting internal or external Audits to safeguard procedural compliance.
  • Knowledge of and ability to implement Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements for consistent quality production.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields preferred.
  • Experience in the specific industry relevant to the role is a plus.
