Key Responsibilities of a QC Supervisor:

- **Supervision and Training**:Oversee the work of QC inspectors and technicians, providing training and guidance.
- **Inspection and Testing**:Conduct or oversee product inspections, tests, and audits to ensure compliance with standards.
- **Documentation**:Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and any non-conforming issues.
- **Process Improvement**:Identify areas for improvement in quality control procedures and processes.
- **Problem Solving**:Investigate and resolve quality issues, working with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
- **Compliance**:Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and company policies.
- **Reporting**:Prepare reports on quality performance, including defect analysis and corrective actions.
- **Team Management**:Manage the performance of QC team members, providing feedback, conducting evaluations, and addressing any disciplinary issues.

Pay: ₹11,670.26 - ₹25,000.00 per month
