**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in inspecting incoming raw materials (e.g., copper, aluminum, tubes, fins) for quality compliance.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Conduct visual inspections and basic testing (pressure test, leak test) on radiators.
- Record inspection results and prepare quality reports.
- Support in identifying and reporting non-conforming materials or products.
- Work with production teams to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain and update QC documentation, checklists, and logbooks.
- Follow 5S and safety procedures strictly on the shop floor.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical field.
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes (preferably in metal or automotive component manufacturing).
- Basic knowledge of quality tools (e.g., caliper, micrometer, pressure gauges).
- Strong observation, documentation, and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and work under guidance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and report writing.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
