About the Role

We are looking for a Product Designer to join our growing team and help craft intuitive, beautiful, and impactful user experiences. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define user needs, design end-to-end flows, and shape the visual and interaction design of our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business goals and user needs into clear design solutions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and/or mobile experiences.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and smooth implementation.
  • Contribute to and maintain the design system to ensure consistency across products.
  • Present design work and rationale to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Stay current with design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or interaction design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design processes and impactful product work.
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Framer).
  • Experience conducting and analyzing user research and usability testing.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of front-end development principles is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21, ₹24,000.00 per month
