Our team of experts is dedicated to delivering customized solutions that meet even the most challenging requirements like high temperature, corrosive gasses, dusty medium, toxic gases, etc. We leverage the latest technology and best practices to ensure that our products are reliable, efficient, and cost-effective.Job description:Designation: - Engineer – AssemblyRole in the JJEPL:- - To achieve consistent Assembly, Testing & SCN Target in stipulated time by best possible utilization of allowable resources & produce good quality zero defects productsYour Stake Holders: -· Customer (Internal / External) - QA team; External Inspector, Store team; Maintenance team; PMO team· Colleagues / Subordinates- Assembly team – Fitter + Helper + Painter· SuppliersResponsibilities: -Achieve billing target for year as per weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearlyDelivery date on time to be maintain as per Assembly. Testing, SCN master planCoordinate with Suppliers & pulling the items require for 2nd ph & achieving the desired goalGuide the team for preparing scheduling of assembly. testing, painting & achieve weekly team assembly targetMonitor the assembly manpower & minimizing the assembly, testing execution time by 20%Participate in design review meeting & given feedback to design departmentArranging training to sub ordinate & team with the help of HR & improve the skill of subordinateDelegating the task to subordinate so departmental activity should not be disturb in absenceContinual improvement procedure to be implemented for minimizing frequency of leakage in testingMonitor the absenteeism with the help of HR & system to implemented for minimizing the absenteeismMaintain Housekeeping, discipline & cleanliness in departmentGuide & train the team for departmental KPI performance improvementEffective implementation of safety rules & material handling, movementRework & rejection control system with CAPA to be effectively implementedAccountability:-On time delivery as per plan / Actual Time taken for assembly and successful testingPlanning Target / Actual Target w.r.t. Master PlanBudget hour / Actual hour usedRejection; rework target / Actual No of NCR
