Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate based in Mira Bhayandar. The Sales Associate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding product requirements, and providing tailored solutions. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, promoting products, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The individual will act as a key point of contact between the company and clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies for growth
- Customer relationship management and client retention skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and technology-driven sales approaches
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently under minimal supervision
- Experience in the manufacturing or printing industry is a plus
